Ninetta's Studios & Apartments were built in 1989 but were fully renovated in 2021.

The complex consists of 20 studios that can accommodate up to 3 persons each and of 10 apartments (bedroom, kitchen and living room) that can accommodate up to 4 persons.

All rooms are equipped with kitchen, air-conditioning, safety box, television and hair dryer.
